TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed time will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. The remaining 50% balance is due within 5 days of receiving the notification for the final edited files.

2. Deliverables

Final high-resolution images and videos will be delivered via a secure online gallery or shared link with final files kept up to 1 year in our storage. Delivery timeframe for completed work will be communicated in writing, typically within 5–14 days post-event.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made 3 days or less before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In the unlikely event that Eye of Beauty is unable to fulfil the service, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

4. Rights & Usage

Eye of Beauty retains the right to use selected images and video content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all required permissions for photography/videography are secured prior to the event. Adequate access and time should be allowed to capture requested content professionally.
