1. Upon booking, you will receive a booking notification via the email address you used while filling out our booking form. If you do not receive any email notifications, kindly check your spam inbox as well.
2. Allow at least 24 hours maximum before you receive your invoice. The invoice will contain all payment details necessary and will be forwarded via email as well. We will also get in touch with you via the phone number used either via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
3. Only after the deposit payment is made, is the appointment becomes confirmed and it will not be moved unless you can notify us at least 48 hours in advance in case of any changes in your schedule. We will try our best to accommodate your new appointment date if needed
